A UX audit of the CGV app revealed navigation and booking issues, leading to a redesigned interface and smoother ticketing flow.

THE TASK

Users found it challenging to navigate through the app, leading to difficulties in discovering movies, checking showtimes, and booking tickets. Users feel uncertain without a visible countdown or "time left" feature when booking movie tickets in the current CGV Cinemas application. They worry about seat availability and missing out on their preferred showtimes.
